Joe Deloach, President


Joe brings a diverse background that includes a prior highly successful private practice, managing one of the nation's largest referral centers, and most recently as a full time educator and Clinical Director of the University of Houston Eye Institute Dallas. 

He is a noted national authority and lecturer on many aspects of practice including medical billing and coding, documentation of medical records, HIPAA compliance, and management of ocular disease. He has served in numerous capacities with his state association where he was recognized as on of the few recipients of the Distinguished Service Award. Joe also continues to serve as an advisor to Medicare. 

Peter Cass, VP Development


Peter is a successful private practitioner who understand health information technology like no other. He is a specialist in making EHR systems work for you, even to the point of special customizations.

Peter is a computer specialist with advanced knowledge in hardware, software, and networking support services. He has served on a national Health Information Exchange workgroup, chairs a state association committee on health information technology, and is a past recipient of Entrepreneur of the Year for his region of the state. 

Justin DeLoach, Dir Client Services


Justin attended the University of North Texas, after which he started his career in restaurant management, where he spent ten years in the most treacherous customer service arena. Justin then switched to the health care field, joining the staff of a large healthcare provider in Dallas. At one of the premiere practices in the country, he mastered the technical and customer service components of the healthcare field. 

As Director of Client Relations, Justin brings Practice Compliance Solutions a unique blend of technical, customer service, and operations expertise. 

Sandra Yankee, VP Operations


With over 30 years experience in business management, Sandi is a valued consultant in the areas of human resources and financial management. She has served as HR Director and Chief Financial Officer for companies collectively earing over 130 million dollars of annual revenue. 

Almost 20 year of her career were in spent in the financial management of healthcare practices. 

Ann Hill, Dir Billing Services


Ann honed her skills as Director of Business Services for one of the largest medical specialty practices and surgery facilities in the country. She has over 25 years of experience in third party reimbursement issues, routine and specialty billing services, and insurance compliance.
